MS Dhoni gifts signed CSK jersey to Pakistan star: ‘The “7” still winning hearts through his kind gestures”: Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the captain of the Chennai Super Kings, has fans from all over the cricket world. The former Indian captain, widely regarded as one of cricket’s best captains, recently reconnected with his teammates in the Indian dressing room ahead of the 2021 T20 World Cup.

On Friday, Haris Rauf, a bowler for Pakistan, posted a photo of an autographed CSK jersey from MS Dhoni that he had got from the franchise’s captain.

Rauf took to his own Twitter account to say, “@msdhoni, the legend and captain cool, has given me this wonderful jersey as a present. The “7” continues to win hearts with his kindness deeds. Rauf made a standout performance in the T20 World Cup’s blockbuster match against India. Rauf, who bowled at a reasonable strike rate of 6.25, had figures of 1/25 in four overs, including the crucial wicket of Hardik Pandya.

Pakistan eventually won the game in Dubai by a 10-wicket margin. While India was ousted from the tournament in the group stages, Pakistan lost in the semi-finals to eventual champions Australia. Rauf finished the tournament as the team’s second-highest wicket-taker.

The fast bowler from Pakistan is presently playing for the Melbourne Stars in the Big Bash League in Australia.

Meanwhile, Dhoni is anticipated to return to the Indian Premier League this season. The CSK skipper was one of four players retained by the team ahead of this year’s mega-auction in February.
